1. Introduction & Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client", "User", or "Student") and EDUSUBMIT ACADEMIC CONSULTING LTD ("Company", "EduSubmit", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, submitting an assignment brief, or making a payment on EduSubmit.com, you expressly agree to abide by these terms.

2. Transparent Pricing & Payment Policy

EduSubmit operates under an authoritative flat-rate structure:

Flat Rate: Academic writing and consultation are billed strictly at $8.00 USD per page (one standard page equals 275 words, double-spaced).
Authoritative Billing: Total amount is calculated precisely as Pages × $8.00. There are no hidden processing fees, platform commissions, or surcharge bidding markups.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Payoneer, Apple Pay, Paysend, and Remitly via secure PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted payment gateways.
Delivery & Milestone Unlocking: Once your assigned specialist completes research and uploads deliverable files, deliverables remain watermarked or preview-locked until full payment is confirmed. Once marked as paid, high-resolution source documents (DOCX, PDF, ZIP) unlock instantly for permanent download.

3. Free Revisions Guarantee

Client satisfaction and syllabus compliance are paramount:

Every completed assignment includes three (3) complimentary rounds of revision.
Revision instructions must remain aligned with the initial project brief provided at order placement.
Revisions requested within 14 days of initial delivery are fulfilled on an expedited basis (typically within 12–24 hours).

4. Refund & Money-Back Guarantee

Clients are protected under our comprehensive refund protocol:

100% Refund: In the rare event an order cannot be matched with an academic specialist in your discipline, or if cancellation is requested prior to specialist commencement.
Deadline Guarantee: If an order is delivered past the agreed deadline without client-approved extensions, the client is eligible for compensation or a full refund.

5. Account Security & Prohibited Account Trading

Your EduSubmit profile is strictly personal and non-transferable:

Single-User Security: Accounts are registered to individual students. You agree not to share, sell, auction, or transfer account credentials to third parties ("Don't buy accounts" rule).
Compromised Credentials: If unauthorized account access is suspected, notify support@edusubmit.com immediately to freeze credentials.

6. Permitted Fair Use & Educational Purpose

All materials, code repositories, sample essays, and dissertations supplied by EduSubmit are research aids, preliminary drafts, and reference models. They are designed to demonstrate methodology, citation formatting, and critical synthesis. You agree to utilize deliverables strictly in accordance with our Honor Code & Fair Use Policy.
