5. File Upload Policy

When uploading files to EduSubmit:

• Files must not exceed 25MB in size
• Only allowed file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, ZIP, RAR
• Files are scanned for security threats
• Users retain ownership of their submitted content
• EduSubmit may remove files that violate these terms

6. Account Termination

EduSubmit reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users will be notified of termination decisions and may appeal through the appropriate academic channels.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, EduSubmit does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect service availability.
