2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use EduSubmit for educational purposes:
- Submit assignments as instructed by your educational institution
- Access and download your submitted work and feedback
- Use the communication features appropriately
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by EduSubmit at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of EduSubmit, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Submit only original work or properly cited materials
- Use the platform respectfully and professionally
- Not share your account with others
- Report any security concerns or inappropriate content
4. Content Guidelines
Users must ensure that all submitted content:
- Complies with academic integrity standards
- Does not contain malicious software or viruses
- Respects copyright and intellectual property rights
- Is appropriate for an educational environment
- Does not contain offensive or harmful material
5. File Upload Policy
When uploading files to EduSubmit:
- Files must not exceed 25MB in size
- Only allowed file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, ZIP, RAR
- Files are scanned for security threats
- Users retain ownership of their submitted content
- EduSubmit may remove files that violate these terms
6. Account Termination
EduSubmit reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users will be notified of termination decisions and may appeal through the appropriate academic channels.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, EduSubmit does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect service availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
EduSubmit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable educational institution policies and local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate academic dispute resolution procedures.
10. Changes to Terms
EduSubmit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
