At EduSubmit (operated by EDUSUBMIT ACADEMIC CONSULTING LTD), we understand that student confidentiality is an absolute imperative. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or publicly share student records, email addresses, uploaded course materials, or payment credentials under any circumstance.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimal information required to execute editorial consultation and deliver your assignments:
- Account Credentials: Full name and verified email address for workspace authentication and order notifications.
- Project Materials: Assignment briefs, rubrics, dataset files, and syllabus guidelines uploaded directly into your private workspace.
- Technical Metadata: IP address, device type, and encrypted session cookies to ensure account security and protect against brute-force attacks.
3. Isolated & Tokenized Payment Security
EduSubmit does not store, see, or process credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers. All transactions (Visa, Mastercard, Payoneer, Apple Pay, Paysend, Remitly) are tokenized via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partners under 256-bit TLS encryption.
4. Document Confidentiality & Anti-Plagiarism Storage
Unlike public paper mills that resell student papers or submit them to open databases:
- Your uploaded materials and completed deliverables are stored in an encrypted vault.
- Deliverables are never added to public Turnitin student repositories, ensuring that your paper remains 100% unique and unindexed by automated crawlers.
- You may request complete data deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at support@edusubmit.com.
